Job Summary/Purpose
Provides clerical and customer service support including data collection and entry, information/data analysis, document preparation, report generation for the Gas Operations Mississippi Operating Company.
Accountabilities And Essential Functions
- Prepares and maintains various monthly and quarterly operations reports (e.g., LUFG, capital job status, safety awareness activities, etc.).
- Assists with third party damages through Risk Master System.
- Performs One Call notifications and updates.
- Assists with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes as required due to segregation of duties.
- Reviews and reconciles credit card expenses utilizing Oracle ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
- Assists with preparation of cost estimates for new services as needed or requested by supervision.
- Updates and maintains weekly call-out schedule and dispatch daily line-up for Mississippi Operating Company.
- Coordinates fleet maintenance schedules, mileage reports, notification of CDL certification requirements, vehicle inspections, etc.
- Research and resolve customer billing issues.
- Works with external equipment vendors handling transactions and communication on miscellaneous equipment purchases.
- Requests for information and/or records maintenance in compliance with legal retention schedules while following prescribed procedures and practices.
- Prepares necessary SAP records to document receipt and issuance of materials and supplies.
- Perform duties that include answering the phone, filing, faxing, copying, mail distribution, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position- Requires a high school diploma or GED with the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and/or percentages), grammar and punctuation.
