We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary

This entry level role provides coordination and administrative support of various insurance programs, assists in researching coverage issues and documents insurance policy placements with guidance from leadership and senior staff members.

Responsibilities for the administration of these programs may include gathering underwriting support documentation, preparing renewal applications, working with team members to evaluate quotes and develop renewal recommendations to management, and maintaining all policies and support documentation.

Responds to requests for certificates of insurance forms from internal and external parties. Supports special projects as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

0-2 years related experience.

Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:

- Understanding of insurance, surety, risk transfer and loss prevention.

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to solve problems, reason logically, set priorities and develop work goals.

- Good personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.

- Awareness of company's businesses and risk exposures.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education: Bachelor
