Are you a legal eagle with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering justice through the law? We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney in the vibrant city of Towson, MD. As a key member of our legal team, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex commercial disputes and advocating for our clients in various business litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
•
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and business torts.
•
Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development to counsel clients effectively.
•
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
•
Attend court hearings, depositions, and negotiations to represent clients and advance their interests.
•
Stay updated on legal developments and best practices in commercial/business litigation to ensure high-quality legal representation.
Requirements:
•
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Maryland bar.
•
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial/business litigation, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
•
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
•
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
