Primary Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to perform activities relating analysis, evaluation, testing or supporting existing and planned enhancements or updates from Oracle. Work in collaboration with others which include, network team, leadership, business partners, project/design teams. Independence level: Works under general supervision in a supportive, flexible, and hybrid work environment.
Primary Duties:
•This is an individual contributor position that works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. (25%)
•This position is expected to resolve general questions and problems under the direction of experienced personnel. (25%)
•Support testing for all upgrades, enhancements and incidents. (25%)
•Maintain engagement with IT and business partners. (10%)
•Utilize best practices to improve HR application and services. Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within the Management Model. (10%)
•May require working extended hours and/or shift work to support business operations. (5%)
Job Scope:
Performs work under general supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years relevant business experience or 2-5 years of equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Basic understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics in the specific functional area supported by this position (e.g., HR, Payroll, SQL).
•Basic proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SQL)
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
•Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
•Successful completion in an approve IT Workforce development Program Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams Familiarity with HCM applications

•Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $46,400.00/Yr. – $/Yr.
