Note: This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days of in office work per week and can be based out of Little Rock, AR or New Orleans, LA. Those candidates outside of the area will need to relocate for this oppertunity. Relocation assisticance is not offered for this posting.

Job Summary/Purpose

This position is responsible for supporting Meter Services efforts to improve overall Meter/Customer Account Integrity and Net Promoter Score (NPS) in each jurisdiction. It has the responsibility to improve day to day Meter Service operations and Meter to Cash activities through administrative and analytical support.
