NorthStar Energy Solutions, a Quanta Services company, is seeking an

to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-voltage electric transmission projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Candidates with

- Assist with development and maintenance of detailed project schedules for transmission projects.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams during project mobilization and execution.

Estimating & Documentation

- Support estimators with take-offs, submittals, and proposal preparation.

- Draft, track, and submit Requests for Information (RFIs); participate in client and internal project meetings.

Project Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain logs of project updates, resource delays, and permitting or Right-of-Way progress.

- Prepare regular status reports for leadership and clients highlighting risks, barriers, and progress.

Team & Administrative Support

- Provide direct support to Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project workflows remain on track.

- Coordinate with administrative staff to complete timesheets, expense reports, invoices, and procurement documentation.

Equipment & Materials Management

- Track project equipment (rentals, breakdowns, relocations) and maintain accurate logs.

- Support procurement and delivery of construction consumables and materials to field sites.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferred

- 0-3 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in transmission or utility construction .

- General knowledge of transmission job site processes, including permitting, Right-of-Way, and crew logistics.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic field and office environment.

- Strong computer proficiency, with experience in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Understanding of billing processes, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to travel to project sites, as needed.
