The Assistant Project Manager (APM) position includes but is not limited to: Professionally perform, oversee and manage all fire, contents and general cleaning projects as deemed necessary from start to finish in achieving customer satisfaction and profitability .
The qualified candidate will be able to effectively and professionally communicate with all concerned parties while demonstrating concern and interest in each customer and the services provided. Must be able to perform administrative work including appropriate use of Restore, Outlook, Xactanalysis, Xactimate, Contents Track software, and have the ability to prepare itemized estimates and change orders, performing all projects efficiently, per company process/ IICRC guidelines.
During peak business times, the APM may be asked to manage and perform certain aspects of the above listed types of jobs. It is the responsibility of the APM to show up to work each day in a neat, clean and presentable fashion that best represents CRS.
The APM understands that CRS is a 24/7 disaster based business and even when not “On-Call” may be asked to work after hours and on weekends/holidays.
