The Assistant Project Mgr I is responsible for assisting in the oversight of construction projects that deliver exceptional results for clients, generate profit, and produce lasting client relationships.
The Assistant Project Manager II communicates with staff and clients, makes decisions and monitors the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. The APM II ensures that projects are properly priced and meet all safety, quality and legal requirements and negotiates solutions for problems encountered during the project. The APM II has the sole responsibility for the completion of the projects assigned, is not subject to other on-site supervision by a project manager, and typically reports directly to an Operations Manager or a Regional Manager. About You: Qualifications: Assistant Project Manager I* Minimum 1 year of experience as Estimator or Project Engineer in the electrical construction industry
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities* Proficiency with MS Excel, and Word
Qualifications: Assistant Project Manager II* 3+ years of project experience working in the construction industry is required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities* Proven leadership skills
What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits* Salary $64,000 - $105,000 annual Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
