Our company needs a well-organized Assistant Project Coordinator to support and works alongside with our upper management team of being responsible for managing projects from purchase order to customer site installation, ensuring customer satisfaction along the way. Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to communicate with upper management, project team and customers to ensure services meet customer needs in terms of performance and timeliness.
Requirements…(or based on experience with all listed info below)
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering preferred or 3-5 years Supervisory experience in Plumbing or Mechanical field

Work conditions…
The Assistant Project Coordinator reports directly to upper management team. On a normal day, the Assistant Project Manager may work alone or with a team. Approximate 5-10% in the office and 90-95% in the field with hands on work.
This position will be responsible to lead up to 5-7 Route Service Technicians on special projects such as chlorination, flushing, sampling and other projects. Support upper management with site visits, damage control, project coordination and customer relationship.
Summary of Duties…
•Priority: Responsible to work on and coordinate new installs and Special Services projects (chlorination, freezes, water sampling, etc.)
•Responsible to cover on-call emergency projects during evenings and weekends when needed (in State and out of State)
•Oversee all projects, be onsite at all times (hands-on) from start of a project to completion (ensuring the project is done successfully).
•Analyzing data as required.
•Tracking and reporting project progress to upper management
•Response to all customers in a timely manner (customer complaints, request, etc.) via email, by phone and/or person.
•Schedule, monitor and train all service personnel on new products
•Responding to all emergencies and customer service calls
•Provide a weekly report on all aspects of the project and the team i.e. customer feedback, and performance of route service personnel to upper management.
•Travel out of the state when needed (all travel expense are paid by DiHydro)
•Perform other duties assigned by upper management in an orderly and efficient manner
