Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Office Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting team members, and enhancing office efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
•Assisting in utilizing QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
•Assist in managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
•Answering and directing of calls.
•Placing orders for walk in customers, phone call customers and email customers.
•Inputting vendor invoices while matching packing slips.
•Creating interoffice billing.
Skills
•Proficiency in file management and organization.
•Familiarity with QuickBooks.
•Experience in front desk operations with excellent customer service skills.
•Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
•Ability to focus while dealing with interruptions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
