Ettan opened in 2020 as the first of its kind Cal-Indian cuisine in a historic, beautifully designed downtown Palo Alto location by Michelin Starred Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar and was recently named to the Top 100 Restaurants by the San Francisco Chronicle. As part of the Cal-India Collective, including Eylan in Menlo Park and Copra ins San Francisco, Ettan has expanded its reach, services and offerings and as a result is looking for a seasoned AGM candidate who has a proven track record in team building and training, superior service etiquette and a very high level knowledge of wine and spirits.
