The role of the Asset and Compliance Coordinator is to assist in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet & assets to include tracking & maintenance of all assets, including vehicles, load banks, forklifts, trailers, and rental generators. Assist in coordination of safety programs and audits. Manage the input and compliance of customer’s various 3rd party portals as well as assist with other admin duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):
- Maintain all customer/vendor compliance databases for safety as well as other requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of data entry or documentation uploads to compliance portals.
- Maintain records to track all assets, including but not limited to, vehicles, load banks, forklifts, trailers, and rental generators.
- Assist with coordinating and tracking fleet, asset and facility maintenance and audits.
- Assist with tracking and coordinating technician training and onboarding (MVR, DOT, DL)
- Assist with auditing Monthly Service Meeting logs for OSHA compliance.
- Assist with disseminating asset alerts.
- Assist with Fuel cards and Toll tags (Pikepass, NTTA, TX Tag, EZ Tag) ordering and distribution; reports and alerts; coordinate replacements or cancellations.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
Minimum of one year experience as Fleet or Asset Administrator preferred
