Assembler/Production Worker

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. This role involves working on the assembly line and utilizing various hand and power tools to ensure efficient production processes.

Duties

- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures

- Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process

- Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components

- Align material and put together parts to build more complex units

- Perform routine inspections of equipment and products to maintain quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations at all times.

- Assist in the movement of materials within the manufacturing facility as needed.

- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment under supervision.

- Keep records of production quantities and time

Experience

- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.

- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.

- Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in an assembly setting is essential.

- Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.

- Good understanding of quality control principles

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
