Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced assembly facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This position requires hands-on experience with various tools and machinery, as well as a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
•
Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to fabricate components.
•
Assemble wood wall panels according to specifications and quality standards.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production goals.
•
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
•
Assist in warehouse duties, including inventory management and material handling.
•
Utilize forklifts for the movement of materials when necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
•
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
•
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
•
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
•
Experience working on an assembly line or in warehouse operations is a plus.
•
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
