POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assembler is responsible for the final assembly of products, performing tasks such as mechanical assembly and finishing, with flexibility to take on specialized assignments like powder coating, wiring, and plumbing when needed. Assemblers are expected to work precisely, identify and document issues, and follow established processes to resolve them. Training for additional skills may be provided based on production needs and employee interest.
