Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanahan, SC, for an Asphalt Working Foreman and Asphalt Fine Grading Operator. The individual will be responsible for overseeing paving projects, operating heavy equipment, grading asphalt to fine tolerances, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of site operations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising crew members, coordinating with project managers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

We are looks ng for a "working foreman" someone who runs the paving machine and leads the crew. The fine grading operator position is separate.
