Marathon Petroleum Company LP has an opening for Area Team Manager in the Product Control Department at its Martinez Renewables Facility in Martinez, CA. This position will report directly to the Operations Department Director and will be responsible for the continuous safe, secure, environmentally sound, and efficient operation of their assigned area and the supervision of all operating personnel in the area. This position ensures the performance of the Area Team to drive area improvement and to achieve production and organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ensures Area personnel operate in a safe, environmentally responsible, and reliable manner to produce quality products adhering to all applicable ES&S rules, procedures, and regulations.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
