Job Summary:
The Area Support Coordinator will interact with local shops, field employees and corporate office to coordinate activities and schedules.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Coordinates daily schedules between local shops and corporate office in Sanford Florida.
•Manages shop inbox and updates schedules on company data base.
•Communicates with builders per scheduling requirements.
•Checks and manages needed information from Builder portals.
•Creates Work Order Tickets for every job that is sent out to the field.
•Coordinates calls for acquiring appropriate permits.
•Place orders for 811 underground tickets.
•Tracks Shop Payroll information.
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.
Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•2 + years office-based experience required.
•Construction Experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
•Sitting at computer for long periods of time.
•Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
