Duties

Rogers Group is currently seeking an Area Production Manager based out of Louisville, KY for our four operations in Central Kentucky and Ohio reporting directly to the SMA Vice President. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees while focused on uncompromised excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.
