POSITION SUMMARY: Homes by Dickerson is looking for a detail-oriented Drafter to support the architectural design team in producing precise, high-quality construction documents. This role requires a meticulous professional who takes pride in accuracy, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to technical excellence. The Drafter will work closely with team members to translate conceptual plans into actionable technical drawings that meet both company standards and regulatory requirements. This position demands proficiency in CAD software, strong organizational skills, and an ability to adapt designs based on site conditions and project specifications.
