Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of architectural principles. This role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to develop innovative designs that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for drafting plans, creating schematics, and utilizing various design software to bring concepts to life.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects.
•Draft detailed architectural plans and schematics using software such as ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and 3ds Max.
•Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
•Conduct site assessments and gather necessary data for project development.
•Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with regulations.
•Prepare presentations and graphic materials to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
•Revise designs based on client feedback and project specifications.
•Maintain organized documentation of all project-related materials, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
•Proficiency in architectural design software such as ArchiCAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
•Strong skills in mechanical design and drafting techniques.
•Experience in graphic design is a plus, with the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
•Knowledge of interior design principles is advantageous.
•Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•A portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural design is required for consideration.
