Architect Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, with expertise in CAD software and project management. Responsibilities - Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives - Develop architectural designs and construction drawings using CAD, Revit, and other design software - Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule - Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality - Participate in business development activities to acquire new projects - Assist in project scheduling, construction estimating, and project documentation - Utilize NavisWorks for 3D coordination and clash detection - Support interior design efforts by integrating design concepts into architectural plans - Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture - Professional licensure preferred - Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and NavisWorks - Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes - Experience in project management and business development is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
