This person is a detail-oriented, motivated team player who can work independently and take the lead on projects. Travel for this role is required.

Job Functions:

The Applications Engineer (AE) role is to interpret customer inquiry requirements, generate designs that will: a) meet the client’s technical requirements, b) conform to customer specifications and c) conform to industry standards. The AE will be responsible for the overall design of custom-engineered equipment, estimation of that design and all related sales efforts through the point of sale. The AE’s responsibilities include business development and technical support with existing and prospective customers, assessment of their needs and promotion of the sale of XRG engineered solutions. Reporting to the Chief Advisory Officer, the Applications Engineer will participate as a member of the sales team, focusing on proposal development, process design and order acquisition.
