Analytics Product Owner (IT Project Manager 1)

Annual salary: $ 107,000.00 - 135,300.00
What you'll do
A key member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, responsible for enabling business capabilities through use of data
and analytics to deliver insights that drive business decisions and value.
Main duties for this role include, but not limited to the following:
•Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, capture, and synthesize business requirements.
•Generate insights, and prototype reports/ dashboards to prove business value.
•Stay updated with latest data & analytics trends, develop new innovations, and explore new techniques.
•Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and Enterprise Architecture to create data and analytics solutions
and product roadmaps.
•Create a backlog for data and analytics products and prioritize by business value and impact.
•Provide guidance to business data stewards in developing and monitoring data quality metrics and D&A catalogue.
•Establish relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
•Govern the data interfaces and data products to ensure alignment with data architecture and data management best
practices.
•Facilitate meetings and provide data domain / analytics expert guidance to stakeholders.
•Develop business cases and provide input into technology plans.
•Provide input into business cases and technology plans.
•Promote opportunities to streamline / expedite delivery process while improving quality, reducing operating costs, and
driving change.
•Maintain data and analytics platforms and tools required to manage and deliver Data and Analytics solutions.
•Responsible for end-to-end delivery and operations of data & analytic solutions.
•Responsible for budget, schedule and deliverables for operations and work programs.
What you bring
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent.
•Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
•Strong overall data & analytics background is a must.
•Strategic and data-driven thinking
•Minimum 7 years work experience providing business analysis with complex business processes and integrated systems.
•Minimum 7 years of end-to-end experience in implementing enterprise data warehouse and BI solutions.
•Minimum 7 years of experience with data discovery, data modeling, and data quality.
•Ability to lead teams and provide direction.
•Superior written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent facilitation skills to proactively engage and manage multiple internal stakeholder groups.
•Strong understanding of both technologies and business processes and ability to integrate technical and functional views.
•Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks with varying degrees of complexity.
•Self-starter with high results orientation.
•Experience in Agile and SDLC delivery methodologies
•Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, initiate actions and make effective decisions.
•Utility experience preferred.
