Analytics Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the company.

This role will be instrumental in creating a data-first culture—helping us tackle our biggest challenges and unlock our biggest opportunities through analytics, AI, and automation. What You’ll Do:

Promote analytics as a core part of how we operate—turning data into a competitive advantage.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, translate needs into solutions, and deliver impactful insights.

Build user-friendly dashboards and automated reporting systems that bring clarity to complex data.

Implement AI/ML models (including LLMs) to drive predictive insights and automate analysis.

Work hand-in-hand with Data Engineering, Finance, Operations, and others to build robust, scalable data solutions.

Serve as a trusted analytics advisor—helping teams solve problems, measure performance, and make data-backed decisions.

Track and test emerging tools, technologies, and trends in analytics and AI to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
