The position oversees the design and development of programs, processes, and procedures necessary to assure CPS Energy's regulatory compliance with agencies such as PHMSA/DOT, Texas Railroad Commission, FERC, NERC and/or ERCOT. Monitors various regulatory statutes and protocols, coordinates and implements new initiatives related to automating compliance processes and conducts internal audits, prepares for external audits, interprets, and administers regulatory standards and regulations and develop project plans.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Information Systems or demonstrated experience in a highly technical analytical position in lieu of degree.Required Certifications

Working Environment

The work environment includes extensive indoor work, computer usage, manual dexterity, talking on the phone and in-person, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.

Must have the ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions, and other business related events. Work responsibilities include being on-call as needed after the normal workday and/or on weekends.Physical Demands

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
