POSITION SUMMARY:
The Analyst will be responsible for executing business processes that create cost efficiencies and impact strategic alignment across the Terminals organization. This role will also be responsible for executing analysis, developing insights, and generating impact through implementing efficiency ideas and process improvements. Collaboration with stakeholders, analytics, and strategic thinking will be essential to the success of this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Executes Terminal specific business processes such as additive coordination, asset strategic ranking process, strategic planning process, etc.
- Collaborates cross-organizationally with stakeholders to develop, execute, and improve business processes and strategies
- Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Creates, maintains, and monitors reports and dashboards for key performance indicators
- Develops process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states of business processes; identifies bottlenecks and areas for optimization
- Provides input and conducts testing for the development and implementation of new processes and strategies
- Communicates to internal stakeholders on processes and strategies
- Ensures implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standard.
- HS Diploma Required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Work Experience: 5 + years industry experience preferred- Bachelor’s degree Preferred - Work Experience: 5 + years industry experience preferred
