What The Role Is

Clearway is looking for an Analyst to join its Capital Markets team in a unique role that intersects project finance, valuation, analysis, process improvement, and data systems in the Battery Storage, Utility Solar, and Utility Wind space.

This position will report to a senior member of the Capital Markets team and has primary responsibility for supporting non-recourse construction debt, term debt, tax equity and cash equity (project sale) transactions for renewable energy projects in the US. This person will also be collaborating with team members in various departments such as development construction, legal, risk & corporate finance to balance value optimization with transaction risks and business objectives

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations

$83,000—$105,000 USD
