Aministrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional and reliable support with both personal and administrative tasks. This is a part-time, hybrid position that will require flexibility. While much of the work can be done remotely, there will be a need for more frequent in-person support from November through April.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage expense reports, bill tracking, and budget oversight.

- Handle hotel and travel reservations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.

- Coordinate scheduling and calendars, including appointments, meetings, and reminders.

- Arrange transportation services, both local and long-distance.

- Manage emails and correspondence, drafting, proofreading, and prioritizing communications.

- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

- Perform additional administrative and personal tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and scheduling tools.

- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

- Must be based in or near North Scottsdale for in-person responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
