Overview
As a SynComm aluminum fabricator and assembler, you'll be responsible for fabricating and assembling aluminum profiles, components, and products like doors, windows, and curtain walls, using hand and power tools, while adhering to safety standards and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication:
•Operate machines and use hand tools to cut, shape, and fit aluminum profiles and components.
•Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions to fabricate parts and products.
•Prepare aluminum profiles for assembly, including cutting, bending, and drilling.
Assembly:
•Assemble fabricated components into finished products, such as doors, windows, or curtain walls.
•Use various tools and techniques to join and secure components, including screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, and welding.
•Ensure proper alignment and fit of components to meet quality standards.
Quality Control:
•Conduct quality checks for faulty components or mistakes in the assembly process.
•Identify and address any defects or issues during fabrication or assembly.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Safety:
•Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
•Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
•Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, cross sectional details and design plans.
•Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
•Identify and diagnose mechanical problems using tools and technical knowledge.
•Perform placements of parts and components.
•Follow manufacturer specifications and procedures.
•Test and adjust product to ensure proper performance.
•Perform on-site installation of product.
Experience:
•Previous experience in aluminum fabrication or assembly is a plus.
•Experience with Reynaers products or similar architectural aluminum systems is an advantage.
•Experience in a custom manufacturing environment is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
