Central District Alarm is adding a full time Alarm Monitor/Dispatcher to our growing team!
Central District Alarm is a family owned Alarm Company with over 70 years in business we are one of the best in the St. Louis market. From Security to Fire, CCTV to Control Access, and with our 24/7/365 internal monitoring station we are a one stop shop for all alarm & security needs. CDA is proud to be a UL Certified Alarm Company, as well as FM Approved.
The successful candidate will work closely with others on the team and be the voice of the company to our customers. Objectives will include:
· Respond to Alarms as per company policy
· Correspond regularly with customers and other staff members
· Be able to prioritize multiple tasks or alarms at the same time.
· Have a minimum of 1 year experience with Customer Service
· Is self driven and independent, but also able to work as a team.
· Has the ability to work any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
· Is reliable and has solid transportation
· Thrives in a fast paced environment.
