Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Air Quality Supervisor
to support our commercial duct cleaning division. As a key member of our duct cleaning team, you will be in charge of the manpower for the division and responsible for overseeing all jobs to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate manpower by scheduling workers to ensure jobs stay on schedule
•Ensure workers are completing their jobs with the highest level of professionalism, following the NADCA duct cleaning process, sites are clean, tools are in good working order, and all protocols are being followed
•Follow all company policies and procedures
•Effectively manage all company property
•Support all customers to 100% satisfaction while maintaining the company’s best interest
•Perform small repairs to duct cleaning equipment
•Ensure the shop is clean and stocked with materials to complete jobs
•Edit video footage and photos, provide reports for clients
•Interact with clients, tenants, internal employees, and sub-contractors
•Inspect completed work to ensure it meets and exceeds company and NADCA standards
•Assist with jobs as required to provide training to staff and keep on schedule
Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years experience in commercial duct cleaning
•Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
•Clear understanding of the duct cleaning process
•Understand tools and construction protocol
•Familiarity with HVAC systems, terminology, and installation practices
•Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Strong attention to detail and time management skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
•Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
•Construction software experience in Procore
•Health & Safety an asset
•Above average skills in Excel
•NADCA certification is an asset
Working Conditions:
•Frequent travel to off-site meetings.
•Ability to work in active construction environments and wear appropriate PPE required.
