AI Innovation Analyst

Provides hands-on support for researching, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance internal operations and innovation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Support research and evaluation of AI/ML tools and frameworks.

- Develop scripts, automations, and AI prototypes.

- Assist with integrating AI features into existing systems and workflows.

- Prepare documentation and user guides for internal AI solutions.

- Provide first-line support for AI tools and gather user feedback for improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Programming Language (Python, R, C++, C#)

- Machine Learning (Understanding of algorithms)

- Data Modeling and Processing (SQL, excel, Tableau, Power BI)

- Communication and Emotional Intelligence (Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders)

- Problem solving & critical thinking (ability to break down complex problems and suggest data-driven solutions)

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-5 + years experience in software development, automation, or data analysis.

- Basic exposure to AI/ML concepts, Python, or cloud-based AI services.

- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

- Good communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Travel

Up to 15% travel may be required to attend conferences, seminars, and other industry-related events.
