As Part of Our Team, You Will

Support the annual compensation and performance planning cycle from research to execution.

Analyze market data to help shape fair and competitive incentive and recognition programs.
Model, track, and report on Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), and recognition payouts.
Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and finance to ensure smooth program operations.
Drive process improvements, documentation, and compliance across reward programs.
Educate employees and leaders on reward structures and performance metrics.
Create clear, engaging materials that communicate the value of our Total Rewards strategy.


Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in compensation, HR analytics, or rewards.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar credential is a plus.
Proficient in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), and compensation tools (e.g., MarketPay).
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and regulatory compliance.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across a global team.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760 - 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
