Position Title: Advanced Roofer Company: Manor Roofing & Restoration Services

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Advanced Roofer to join our high-performing team at Manor Roofing. This position plays a key role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of roofing systems. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in asphalt shingles, metal roofs, and flat roofing systems, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to fabricate and install custom bent metal and perform complex roof repairs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Install, repair, and maintain asphalt shingle, standing seam metal, and flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, etc.).

•

Diagnose roofing issues and complete corrective repairs with precision and efficiency.

•

Measure, fabricate, and install custom bent metal including flashings & edge metal.

•

Collaborate with crew members and project leads to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

•

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in accordance with OSHA and company standards.

•

Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and occasionally customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

•

Mentor and assist less experienced team members as needed.

Qualifications:

•

5+ years of professional roofing experience, with proficiency in asphalt, metal, and flat roofing systems.

•

Strong knowledge of roof structure, flashings, and drainage systems.

•

Ability to read and interpret roof plans, work orders, and material orders.

•

Experience operating metal brake and other fabrication tools.

•

Proven track record of identifying and resolving roof leaks and structural issues.

•

Must be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

•

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
