Able to read Blue Prints

Write Program Drawings

Check parts with MIC, Calipers & Gauges

Able to do Light Maintenance on CNC Machines

Duties

•

Operate and maintain CNC machines, including lathes and electrical discharge machining equipment.

•

Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production.

•

Assemble components according to specifications and engineering drawings.

•

Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments.

•

Use hand tools effectively for machining tasks and assembly processes.

•

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

•

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.

•

Safely operate forklifts for material handling as needed.

•

Program Hyundai and Fryer Lathes Siemens control

•
