Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relocation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help new homeowners get set up with ADT Home Security services and upgraded products within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage prospects using innovative lead generation techniques.

- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight ADT’s unique advantages.

- Manage work orders and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and generate referrals.

- Proactively affirm customer retention and loyalty.

What You’ll Need

- Sales experience preferred, but not required.

- Ability to generate leads independently and build new customer relationships.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Adaptability and time management to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible availability (including evenings & weekends).

Compensation & Benefits

- $500 per sign-up, paid within 72 hours

- Uncapped commissions – new managers average $85,000, while top performers earn $150,000+
