Paramount Power is looking for an Administrative Sales Support to join our team in the fast-paced emergency power service industry. Duties include providing support for the Sales and Installation team and assisting in daily office needs. Qualified candidates should have a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
•Data entry (enter customer information, enter product information, add schedule maintenance, add customer notes)
•Upload all contracts, product sheets, photos, etc.
•File contracts, agreements, and any other documentation as requested
•Manage sales calendar, serve as point of contact for sales reps when unavailable, convey information from sales management
•Keep track of customer and generator retention
•Maintain vendor relationships
•Keep track of rental paperwork and ongoing rental billing and equipment
•Enter schedule maintenance
•Other duties as assigned
Skills:
•Proven working experience in retail sales
•Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•Solid communication and interpersonal skills
•Customer service focused
•Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
•Basic mathematical skills
•High school degree or equivalent
•Preferred but not required: Current Florida Notary Public
