We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Administrative Coordinator to join our Operations & Logistics team. This position offers hands-on experience supporting our Operations, Project Management, and Sales teams. You will coordinate shipments, prepare documentation, manage vendor and customer communications, and learn the administrative processes that keep a manufacturing and logistics operation running smoothly.
- Coordinate shipment schedules with Sales, Project Management, and Operations
- Communicate with vendors and customers as a primary logistics contact
- Assist with onboarding new vendors and carriers
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (packing slips, invoices, bills of lading)
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
- Track and monitor shipments, updating internal teams and customers
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and relevant regulations
- Practical experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, and administrative processes
- Exposure to the solar energy manufacturing industry

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, or related field preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with other MS Office tools (Word, Outlook)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations is an asset
