Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the organization.
- Manage the front desk and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Utilize office machines such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Assist management team with administrative tasks as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc)
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and technology

- 1 year -recent relevant experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
