Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with various tasks. Duties
•Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
•Manage filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
•Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
•Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary.
•Support the office with administrative tasks as required.
Experience
•Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills
•Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
•Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
•Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
