As an Administrative Assistant for Zephyr Repower, you will be primarily responsible for providing reception and administrative duties for all Zephyr Repower employees.
· Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, directing inquiries.
· Communication Support: Drafting emails, memos, letters and reports.
· Document Management: Filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
· Travel Arrangements: Booking travel and accommodations for staff and visitors.
· Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, distributing meeting materials, coordinating meals.
· Supplies Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies and company issued materials.
· Administrative Support: Administrative support to various departments. Drafting documents, preparing mailings, customer and employee communications, maintaining databases.
· Accounting/HR Support: Assist Accounting and HR Department with accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee communication.
