Firefly Solar is one of Canada’s leading residential solar providers. We’re expanding fast and looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to our operations—you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in making sure their solar journey starts smoothly.
- Call new leads and book in-home or virtual appointments.
- Confirm and manage customer appointments in our scheduling system.
- Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the right team members.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
- Support the sales and operations teams with admin tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills (phone and email).
- Organized and reliable with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with scheduling software and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or admin an asset.
