Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Specialist to oversee our onboarding processes and manage Certified Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
•Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, including employee handbooks, training schedules, and benefits information.
•Coordinate orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
•Administer and maintain Certified Payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
•Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely processing of payroll documents and reports.
•Respond to employee inquiries regarding onboarding and payroll matters.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our CRM system.
•Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in onboarding and payroll management.
•Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
