We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role will provide vital support to our accounting department, helping to ensure accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice entry, payment posting, and vendor/customer communication.
- Maintain and update financial records in the accounting system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and process bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Monitor and track company expenses, credit card statements, and petty cash.
- Generate routine financial reports for management review.
- Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents (both physical and digital).
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
- 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience (preferred but not required for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; experience with accounting software a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday.

- Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field
