Reporting to the Senior Executive Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will contribute to the efficient management of the Montreal office and support the project team. He or she will work a 5-2 schedule at the Montreal office.
- Provide high-quality general administrative support (document layout, meeting organization, expense accounts, purchase requests, etc.);
- Help organize various activities and events;
- Support the onboarding process for contractors and consultants (computer access, mandatory training, etc.);
- Manage access requests for the entire office (employees, consultants, visitors);
- Ensure the efficient administration of the office, including ordering supplies and placing service requests for the building;
- Ensure the order and proper functioning of common areas such as the kitchen, coffee corner, coat room, etc.;
- Contribute to the implementation and documentation of procedures to promote office organization;
- Organize travel and make necessary reservations;
- Comply with company policies at all times;
- Perform any other duties related to the position.
- Professional diploma (DEP) or (DEC) in administrative management, or equivalent relevant experience in a large company; experience with a multinational company is an asset;
- Three to five years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be required to work with Gold Fields team members internationally and with English-speaking consultants.
- Solid knowledge of administrative support;
- Experience in office management (an asset);
- Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset).

- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
