Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Maintain accurate customer database of all documentation, including but not limited to contact information, contracts, cancelations, and amendments
•Follow established procedures for processing and posting cash receipts
•Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding overdue payments
•Communicate with customers via phone and email
•Collect data and prepare weekly metric reports for management
•Generate and distribute invoices
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Strong attention to detail
•Strong analytic and communication skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines
•Ability to effectively prioritize
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED is required
•Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting is preferred but not required, as well as any relevant certification

+ Microsoft Excel, 3 years (Required)
Position:
•The Accounts Receivable Manager is an in-office position in New Port Richey.
•$25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
•Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
