The Account Coordinator – Major Accounts Support Team (MAST) provides administrative and customer support to internal stakeholders and select major clients. The Account Coordinator brings experience in contract administration / major account set up, assisting with billing support, and competent in working with customer software programs. Driven by a “customer first” approach, they are extremely resourceful and knowledgeable in working collaboratively with functional groups within our organization. Reporting to the Manager – MAST, the Account Coordinator works to make sure that our major clients’ portfolio is accurately set up and maintained ensuring a best in class customer experience.
