Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in payroll processing, familiar with D365 and Sylogist systems, and well-versed in BC payroll requirements. You will be responsible for payroll allocation, benefits administration, and various compliance filings, along with supporting production and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage payroll processing and allocate payroll to multiple jobs
•Ensure compliance with BC payroll requirements
•Run RRSP/DPSP plans and administer group health benefits
•File WCB, EHT, payroll taxes, ROEs, and T4s
•Enter and verify daily logs and progress reports
•Complete invoicing based on production reports
•Handle pickup tracking and monthly rental invoices
•Send out invoices and record payments
•Track account balances and resolve discrepancies
•AdHoc reporting from Controller and Project Manager
Qualifications:
•Experience with D365 and Sylogist payroll systems
•Strong understanding of BC payroll regulations and requirements
•Competent in processing payroll, benefits administration, and tax filings
•Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
•Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and related accounting software

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
