Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and property management teams. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative, financial, and clerical tasks including filing, assisting with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), maintaining financial records, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
•• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document organization, and office support.
•Assist with AP/AR functions such as processing invoices, entering payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
•Record and monitor tax and mortgage payments and ensure timely compliance with deadlines.
•Receive and respond to incoming calls and inquiries from tenants and vendors.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for financial and operational matters.
•Prepare general financial reports and summaries as requested by management.
•Support team members with additional administrative or accounting tasks as needed.
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
•• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
•1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role, preferably in property management or real estate.
•Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Yardi Breeze is a plus.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
